Spices & Stories Fusion Dining Events is targeted at recreating the African Food experience into an intimate dinner setup with the echoes of stories between courses. Our goal is to create a fine dining food fusion experience as we create a fusion of African food with a Western flair. We also love the idea of our West African cuisine on the global food map and to debunk the idea that West African food is too spicy, too oily, and not beautiful enough. It is a fusion and a pairing of our favourite nostalgic dishes spanning from our continient to yours.

 

We believe that Nigerian food tells deep, interwoven stories that span back to centuries being passed down from one generation to another. 

 

Our Popup Dining Events gives an interesting edge guiding you through the tasting and sharing stories about the culture, ingredients, aromas, textures and more.

The Spices & Stories Dining Event is a multi-course fine dining experience that highlights the beauty of Nigerian cuisine merged with Westen Cuisine through pop-up dinners and private dining experiences.
