We are what we eat. Its important to find ways that we can eat what we find appealing but weighing that against our Food & Nutrition classes from back in the day has become so necessary so we are more mindful in incorporating healthier eating habits. Join us in our brand-new series, The Flavor Files Podcast is a show where we sit down with chefs, nutritionists, food personalities and food bloggers to explore the power of food and incorporating good nutritional habits to what we eat. From the art of cooking to the science of nutrition, we’re uncovering how what we eat indeed shapes our lives.

At the most basic level, nutrition is about eating a regular, balanced diet. Good nutrition helps fuels our bodies and gives us a general sense of well being. The food we eat supplies important nutrients for the body's needs in order to maintain the brain, muscle, bone, nerves, immune system etc.
We are what we eat. Proper nutrition helps protect us from illness and disease such as heart disease, diabetes, cancer etc.

This Flavor Files Podcast focuses on how we can eat better and how we can practically incorporate healthier habits and ingredients to live a more wholesome life where our health and well being is on a more balanced scale.

We seek to get different perspectives of people who are visionaries, that have changed the narrative by bringing elements to the table which distinctly separates them from others. You are a leader in your own right and hearing your insights, perspectives and point of view as well as tips, hacks and tricks in the kitchen will radically serve to inspire others.
